Payments
For all credit card payments, we use a secure third-party gateway, Payment Express. Payment Express uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When Payment Express transmits sensitive information (such as a payment card number), it protects that information through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer protocol. We never permanently store credit card details on our site.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where otherwise stated by Safety Solutions.
LMS Access and Availability
Safety Solutions does not warrant that you will have continuous access to this website or LMS. Safety Solutions has no liability in the event that the website, LMS, or internet communications are unavailable.
Suspension or Termination of Access

Course materials and content are provided solely for the learner’s personal training purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, share, or otherwise make available any part of the website, LMS, courses, assessments, certificates, or related materials without the prior written consent of Safety Solutions.

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, Safety Solutions’ liability is limited, at its sole discretion, to either supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
