Critical Risk Management for Directors and Executives

This training course is aimed at leadership including directors and executives who need to develop an understanding of critical risk management (CRM) and their role in this area. This course uses catastrophic harm, also known as process safety, to teach the leadership principles of this topic. This course covers due diligence and safety management systems as key enablers of CRM.
