This approach ensures organisations only pay for what they use, while still receiving the same high‑quality training, reporting, and expert support. As teams grow or change, pricing scales fairly without disrupting access or capability.

Yes. Organisations may upgrade or downgrade their package to adjust inclusions or support as their needs evolve. Any changes are discussed and agreed in advance to ensure continuity and alignment with organisational objectives.

Additional learners can be added at any time. Pricing is adjusted based on your organisation’s size band to ensure continued value and fairness.

Yes. Our higher-tiered contracts provide improved per‑learner value and support long‑term capability development. With our Silver tier, organisations receive two free training days per year to our open courses, access to our online leadership training and discounts to in-house courses. Our Gold and Platinum tiers build further on these offerings and also include process safety mentoring for nominated individuals and due diligence training for executive leadership. One of the big benefits we offer within our tiered service is co‑branded MHF induction content that supports consistent onboarding across the workforce. 

In addition to having access to our comprehensive LMS e-learning training, packages include varying levels of reporting, mentoring, and leadership training. This ensures learning is reinforced through expert guidance and practical application to real‑world process safety challenges.

Your organisation’s roles will be mapped to defined user groups (e.g., Frontline, Engineering, Management, etc.) and Safety Solutions’ Training catalogue. This is aligned with the IChemE Safety Centre Process Safety Competency Guidance.

Safety Solutions offers further in-depth process safety competency mapping as a separate consulting service, in which role requirements are expanded to include company-specific user groups, skills, experience, judgment, and evidence.

Learners can be registered for any open courses up to the value of the included number of training days. For example,

  • A 2-day HAZOP Leader course for a single attendee requires (2×1) 2 training days.
  • A 1-day course for 4 attendees requires 4 training days.

Standard open course booking and cancellation terms apply.

Process Safety mentoring can cover any process safety (or safety management) topic in a structured or ad hoc approach, as preferred by the client. Clients will identify their assigned learners for periods of a minimum of 3 months. Learners will be assigned a consultant for that period. The hours assigned per month per user do not accrue.
